| 04-17-2010 CJ installed a AC unit and heating unit at our house this week and we were extremely happy with him as our technician. He was very professional and did a excellent job of working with the issues that arose (and unfortunately we had several issues with the installation - none attributed to CJ) and keeping us apprised of the situations and the solutions. He was very customer oriented and very friendly. He is a great technician and asset for your business and I wanted to let you know. We will likely ask for him by name next time we need service!
