CJ installed a AC unit and heating unit at our house this week and we were extremely happy with him as our technician.  He was very professional and did a excellent job of working with the issues that arose (and unfortunately we had several issues with the installation - none attributed to CJ) and keeping us apprised of the situations and the solutions.  He was very customer oriented and very friendly.   He is a great technician and asset for your business and I wanted to let you know.  We will likely ask for him by name next time we need service!  Thanks, The O'Neills.

Rudroff Heating & Air Conditioning installed a complete HVAC unit, heat pump, air cleaner and humidifier.

They were awesome. They are a small family owned company. The owner of the company even answers the phone when you call. I had spoken with the owner multiple times before she sent out Brian her sales man.

He had twenty five years of experience with HVAC, before he started doing the sales work. He was very knowledgeable and he was available by phone. The installation guy was excellent. He left my basement cleaner than when he found it. He is an excellent craftsman. The customer service al called me to follow up. She even called me again to schedule for the service. I left the key for the service guy to fire everything up. He left me a report detailing everything. The included a service agreement with the purchase. They are a TRANE dealer. I give them A’s across the board for their service. I would definitely recommend them.

I want to let you know how pleased I was with your employees that came on December 18th when my furnace went out.  Brian H. first arrived as a repair man then returned to install a new furnace.  He was very professional and polite and really tried to show me what the problem was.  I felt at ease leaving him in the house to install a new furnace while I was at a meeting.  Another man named Bryan S. brought me a heater and the contract.  He was very professional.

I was very impressed with the work and sincerity of the men who installed my heatpump and furnace.  A few weeks before they installed it I had Sears install a new hot water tank.  When the furnace men were installing my furnace they checked the exhaust of my water heater.  The Sears man had hooked up the heater to a rusted out exhaust pipe that went to my attic.  The carbon monoxide was going into my attic.  Rudroff installers replaced the exhaust pipe and saw that the fumes went out through roof as it was supposed to do.  I feel they saved me a lot of grief later.  They are (to me) “master installers”.  I have them come twice a year to check my furnace and air-conditioner and I am very pleased with my units.

We have lived in this house since 1985. We have had Rudroff doing service and repairs for many years.  We replaced furnace and air in 2005 with Rudroff.  They have been doing furnace and air-conditioning checks 2 times a year since.  We are very happy with their work.
